Landing July 31, 2025  |  Protocol & Celebration August 1-5, 2025
"Canoe Journey, also called the Tribal Canoe Journey or Tribal Journey Tribal Canoe Journey is an annual event that brings together tribal and First Nations communities to celebrate their shared heritage. Large canoes navigate the waters of the Pacific Northwest over days or weeks (depending on their starting point) before reaching the host tribe for a full week of protocol and celebration." (University of Washington)
Let's support the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe as they host the Paddle To Elwha Canoe Journey from July 31st to August 5th. The links and QR code below provide all the information you need to participate in this exciting community and cultural event. Please consider finding a way to get involved to show your support and appreciation for our local tribal community here in Port Angeles.
